Clyde – September 2011
Hey guys and welcome back to another Clyde post, brought to you from Broadwood stadium!
Last month we ended with 6 points out of a possible 15 and were sitting 6th in the league.
Only two games this month due to cup games (of which I have been knocked out) and an international break which i don’t understand as third division teams don’t exactly have many international superstars but anyway only two games and a rather short post!

We should have performed much better in this match against the team bottom of the league! even still im pleased we managed to come from behind (even though we lost it again) and showed great determination which somewhat eases the pain, also Grants own goal had me in stitches!

A very even match and only a goalmouth scramble and lucky goal could seperate the teams. Still we got the win and 3 points which is all that matters. We also started to play a nice passing game in the second half which I’m sure the fans enjoyed.
Well because it was such a short post with only two games and I’m such a nice guy I’m going to show you Montose defender Grant’s comedy own goal when we played them.

Do enjoy
well thanks for reading guys, feel free to comment and I hope to see you next month!

I think I remember the international break applying to lower league teams because the fans are obviously fans of the international teams too. So if you’re playing on a Saturday and so are Scotland, fans with “season” tickets for both would miss out.
Anyway keep it up – it’s going to be a tough season but with patience I know you’ll start making progress up the leagues.

Thanks Celticman, I never thought about the fans and I feel quite stupid now although it makes sense.
We are starting to hit form and can hopefully look at promotion this season.
