Clyde – August 2011
Hey guys and welcome to Broadwood stadium as we venture into the start of our first season at the club.
The fixture lists have been published and well I feel we can do well going into our first month in charge.
5 games in August, a possible 15 points, although I feel 6-10 would be a suitable amount wouldn’t you agree? Although we will see how things go and how my team play before I start making predictions.

I have to say I’m quite disappointed with my teams performance especially in the final third, I feel our strikers should have done much better than they did and we should have came out with at least a point although this is football and such things happen we just need to pick ourselves up and concentrate on the next game.

Our first win of the season and I’m absolutely delighted, we dominated possesion and always looked like winning away from home which is always good. Irvines goal came from a front post header from a corner but any win no matter the difference in goals is great for me.

Elgin completely outplayed us and deserved to win, although i am pleased with the majority of possession despite our inferior performance. Judging by elgins other games this season they look like clear favourites and this league should be a walk in the park for them.

again our poor shooting lets us down. we need to improve our shooting accuracy much more as we always seem to miss too many chances, maybe i am expecting too much of a scottish third division team, maybe not, i just hope it improves in the future.

What a game! Even better that we won! I was devistated when i thought we had thrown it away in the 83rd minute just after taking the lead but a lovely individual run and goal from kane in the 92nd minute proved crutial andd ensured the happy atmosphere in the dressing room.

6th in the league? not bad if i say so myself, but not great either and plenty of room for improvement and im looking for a top half finish (play-offs but i don’t want to seem cocky). Although there is still many more games to play and i look forward in optimism!
well guys thanks for reading and i hope you enjoyed yourself. Hope you continue to read and enjoy my story, see you later

It is an unfortunate set of results I’m afraid but I think it’ll take a while for you to really get in the swing of things. LLM is very tough as I’ve found out in the past. Please stick at it though and I’m sure it’ll pay off.

No need to worry, as long as I am wanted here I plan to stay. That is unless Celtic come in for me which is highly unlikely. Hopefully I’ll get some momentum going and propel up the league.

Don’t worry Cruickshanks, I often find when you overhaul the squad that you will need to wait a couple of months to get going, I know my form was patchy with Montrose but it will turn around, and Clyde are easily good enough to get promoted, good luck for September!

I’m still trying out different tactics right now, just seeing who plays best where and what not. I’m expecting form to pick up in the next few months and hopefully get a winning streak under our belt!

Not too bad, I’m sure as you continue to play your new players will settle in more and get more used to the style of play, which should improve results. Good luck

I’ve never been that great at llm so this is good for me haha. Im hoping to step things up in the next few months and push for play off places and maybe get a parent club for extra players
